He has successfully delivered more than 100 projects in diverse geological settings, including onshore and offshore fields throughout Latin America, the United States, Canada, the Middle East, West Africa, and Australia. His core expertise spans wellbore stability analysis, in-situ stress characterization, and geomechanical modeling for drilling optimization and reservoir development. Ewerton combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic understanding of operational risk, helping clients enhance performance while maintaining safety and compliance in complex subsurface environments. Whether advising multinational operators or collaborating with subsurface teams, Ewerton brings accuracy, precision, clarity, and global perspective to every engagement.
Fermín is a geoscientist specializing in structural geology and geomechanics, with broad experience in development, production, and research. He has led technical work on fractured reservoirs, geothermal, and carbon storage projects, integrating geoscience and engineering to improve field performance and subsurface understanding. His career spans projects across Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, the Caspian, Kurdistan, the Gulf of Mexico, and Canada, bringing a global and multidisciplinary perspective to complex subsurface challenges.
Geomechanics specialist with 25+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Jorge started his career as R&D engineer developing geomechanical simulators for Petrobras. In 2004, he joined Schlumberger where he was directly involved in 1D and 3D projects for Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and USA. Later, he joined BHP in Houston where he led the development of coupled 3D projects for multiple Gulf of Mexico fields. He used these models for wellbore stability, sanding, compaction/subsidence, cap/casing integrity and fault reactivation analyses. His expertise also includes interpretation and QC of rock mechanics tests as well as software development.

Martin spent 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry holding positions in technology and software development as well as operational roles. In his career he worked for a large operator company, for a technology start-up, and for a major oilfield service company which allowed him to experience different aspects of the O&G industry. Throughout his career Martin has been pushing the limits of technology in the O&G industry and has been creating innovations with his teams and jointly with industry partners.
For over four decades, David has cultivated a passion for understanding earth stresses by combining knowledge of earth dynamics with modern geomechanics in a multi-disciplinary framework to meet the needs of the energy and scientific communities. These efforts have included using engineering, petrophysical, geological and geophysical information to constrain elements of the geomechanical model in boreholes to verify and refine target selection, optimize well trajectories, and ensure boreholes are constructed while minimizing non-productive-time. In this framework, geomechanical applications have included well planning in geologically harsh environments to reach target objectives, enhance well performance, and predict the production/injection-induced evolution of the reservoirs.

Julliana brings over 15 years of expertise in R&D, specializing in numerical modeling of oil reservoirs. Her past experience focused on geomechanics applied to the Brazil Pre-Salt, naturally fractured reservoirs and geological faults. She also has extensive experience in the mining industry, with an emphasis on safety as well as numerical stability analysis of tailings dams and dumps.
Bruno is a reservoir engineer and researcher with over a decade of R&D experience and a Ph.D. in numerical reservoir simulation. His expertise spans reservoir geomechanics in the Brazilian Pre-Salt, naturally fractured systems, and DFN modeling. He combines deep technical insight with strong programming skills to create customized software tools and plugins that enhance reservoir simulation and geomechanics workflows.
Reservoir engineer with 15+ years of oil & gas experience, specializing in well testing and pressure transient analysis. Jordan spent 13 years at ExxonMobil, where he reached the level of Principal Reservoir Engineer in charge of the well test discipline. He oversaw worldwide exploration & appraisal testing, encompassing the full lifecycle, covering all aspects beforehand (contracting, design & planning), during (supervision & optimization of wellsite operations), and after the test (data interpretation & integration). He also oversaw pressure transient analysis for ExxonMobil's production affiliates, supporting reservoir surveillance & well performance issues.
Entrepreneur and consultant, Luis spent 19 years in a leader oilfield service company, starting in the field with wireline, ending in the Head of HR, going through innumerous roles in the sales, marketing, market intelligence, operations, and business development always building strong ties with clients, through quality, transparency and common goals. As a consultant for the past 8 year Luis worked in strategic planning, decommissioning planning, BECCS project, rig maintenance project, client satisfaction training, always keeping the integrated approach, the holistic view for better results.
Flavio has 35+ years of business experience, comprising reservoir engineering (30 years), IT consulting and management (12 years). As reservoir engineer, he worked in operations and research for Petrobras, Schlumberger and Seacrest. His expertise includes dynamic reservoir characterization, reservoir geomechanics, field development planning, EOR/IOR methods, reservoir management, surveillance, and monitoring. He has experience with black oil, gas, thermal and compositional reservoir simulation.
